Very chocolate-chocolate smoothie

Every separate component has its force! Banana means energy and potassium. Milk – calcium, phosphorous and vitamin D. Cacao – caffeine and theobromine (to improve blood circulation). Oatmeal – fibers and complex carbohydrates. And together in one glass they create extremely useful and very tasty smoothie.

- Frozen banana
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tea spoon of cacao
- 1 table spoon of dried oatmeal
- Mill frozen banana, cacao and oatmeal in blender.
- Add milk, mix smoothie again. To sweeten the drink, add some honey or maple syrup.
- Chocolate smoothie is ready! Enjoy!
