Every separate component has its force! Banana means energy and potassium. Milk – calcium, phosphorous and vitamin D. Cacao – caffeine and theobromine (to improve blood circulation). Oatmeal – fibers and complex carbohydrates. And together in one glass they create extremely useful and very tasty smoothie.

Very chocolate-chocolate smoothie
  1. Frozen banana
  2. 250 ml milk
  3. 1 tea spoon of cacao
  4. 1 table spoon of dried oatmeal
  1. Mill frozen banana, cacao and oatmeal in blender.
  2. Add milk, mix smoothie again. To sweeten the drink, add some honey or maple syrup.
  3. Chocolate smoothie is ready! Enjoy!
