We will share almost sacral knowledge on how to cook literally magnificent omelet with avocado and greens.

Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 50 g cream cheese
  3. 200 g greens (rocket salad, spinach, water cress, microgreen)
  4. avocado
  5. olive oil
  6. fresh squeezed lemon juice (to sprinkle greens)
  7. salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Mix greens with olive oil, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Beat eggs, add salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  3. Fry slightly on part of eggs mixture on well preheated frying pan with some olive oil. Then add the second part. To cook the omelet on one side you will need 3-4 minutes. Using spatula, turn the omelet over to the other side and keep it on small fire for one-two minutes.
  4. Cover the ready-made omelet with cream cheese, put greens and slices of avocado on top.
  5. Enjoy your meal!
