Ingredients
  1. 50 g polenta or corn grits
  2. 200 g whole-wheat flour
  3. sachet of baking powder
  4. 250 ml milk
  5. 100 ml vegetable oil
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 80 g pitted olives
  8. 80 g sun-dried tomatoes
  9. 100 g Feta cheese
  10. lemon peel
  11. salt
Directions
  1. Mix the flour with polenta, salt and baking powder.
  2. Grit the lemon peel, chop the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Mix separately the eggs, milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Now pour smoothly the liquid ingredients into flour with polenta, mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the diced Feta cheese, olives, lemon peel and sun-dried tomatoes into smooth paste.
  6. Fill in the silicon forms for muffins with the acquired paste by ¾. Put the muffins into oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the ready-made muffins from forms and leave them cooling down on the wire rack.
  8. Bon appetite!
