- 5.celery stalk
- 1. almond milk
- 2. coconut milk
- 3. water
- 4. cooled green tea
- 5. fresh squeezed citrus juice
- 1. bananas
- 2. kiwi fruit
- 3. grapes
- 4. apples
- 1. honey
- 2. maple syrup
- 3. nuts
- 4. seeds
- 5. cinnamon
- Blend the selected greens (you can mix ingredients suggested in the recipe or choose only one position, for instance, spinach) with one or two suggested fruits and liquid at your choice.
- We mixed fresh spinach, banana, kiwi fruit and added cooled green tea to them.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the smoothie if you like to make your healthy drink sweeter. Though, in fact banana will give enough sweetness to the smoothie without any additional ingredients.
- You can also add some ground cinnamon, seeds and nuts to the smoothie.
