We could not resist supernal loveliness of boletes, girolles and honey fungi… And, as a result, incredible, yummy, tasty autumn bruschettas with mushrooms and original spread made of baked beans with flavors of lemon and fresh thyme.

Recipe: Bruschetta with mushrooms
  1. Brown bread
  2. 300 g mushrooms (girolles, honey fungi, boletes)
  3. 1 table spoon of olive oil
  4. 1 tea spoon of fresh thyme leaves
  5. Salt, pepper
For spread
  1. 300 g baked beans
  2. 1 1/2 table spoons of olive oil
  3. 1/2 tea spoon of grated lemon rind
  4. Half lemon juice
  5. some grated garlic
  6. 1 tea spoon of fresh thyme leaves
  7. Salt, pepper
  8. Several table spoons of water
  1. Cook the spread – blend beans with olive oil, grated garlic, lemon rind and lemon juice to uniform consistency. Add thyme leaves, salt and pepper to taste. If spread is too tough and firm, add some water and blend again.
  2. Fry mushrooms slightly on well heated frying pan for some minutes. Add salt, pepper, thyme.
  3. Brown some slices of bread in oven.
  4. Spread the bean substance on bread, put broiled mushrooms on top – you can put a mix or put every type of mushrooms on each bruschetta separately.
  5. Bruschettas are ready! Bon appetite!
